We have Simple Online Registration as well as Offline registration process
Online registration:
Fill in the details in the online registration form at
- Once registration is completed token number will be generated.
- Bring the token to the centre for enrollment and counseling.
- The admission is strictly based on “first come- first served”.
- Mere online registration doesn’t secure your admission at Appolo Study centre.
- The admission to a particular program is completed only after the payment of entire course fee is made.
- Students applying for Appolo scholarship program are advised to see guidelines in scholarship page.
Offline registration (Not needed for online registered student):
- Aspirants are advised to contact front desk in person/ via phone for help with the registration.
- Candidates are advised to bring 2 passport size photos (clear, recent) and black/blue ball-point pen to fill registration form on the day of admission.
- Please refer program details page for course fee details. Students are requested to refer the Terms and conditions of Appolo Study Centre before admission.
- Students applying for Appolo scholarship program are advised to see guidelines in scholarship page.

Appolo Study Centre’s Policy on Mode of Payment of fees and other charges:
We accept only legal tender of new र500, र2000 or lesser denominations of र100 or two separate Demand draft in favour of Appolo (Please contact us (044)-24339436, (91)-9840226187, (044)-42867555 for further details on payment using demand draft) as mode of payment of fees and other charges, effective immediately.
Students can also pay via internet banking.(Please contact us (044)-24339436, (91)-9840226187, (044)-42867555 for further details and Appolo’s terms and conditions on payment via net banking)
We accept all types of credit and debit card to facilitate easy fees payment. Students are advised to get details about service charges, commission fees etc., charged by bank and card payment processor etc., before using card-payment.
Admission policy:
Admission to a batch closes 24 hours or one working day whichever is later, before the commencement of a class in that batch.
